Our guarantee for you

Phantom Athletics strives to bring you the best products for your sport and we are very confident 
about the quality of our products. 

Therefore we grant a guarantee of 1 year on all products offered in 
our webshop. If they show any defect or malfunction, we will be happy to reimburse your full pay- 
ment. The guarantee period starts with the day on which the consumer acquires physical possession 
of the product. 

This guarantee is applicable worldwide, but only if the product has been used in accordance with its 
purpose and the attached instructions by its manufacturer. 

The legal warranty right according to the national legislation governing the sale of consumer goods is 
not affected by this guarantee.
